       - a 45 minute breath-based healing that

          increases your energy to help clear your blocks

          (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual),

          stimulates your own self-healing,

          and opens the door for Spirit

       - a guided visualization by Monica

       - a message from your guide, angel, or the Divine

       - Monica’s use of other healing modalities as

          needed (clearing, hands-on, Theta)
