If you're in between regular sessions and/or just needing a quick energy boost or tune-up, this is a perfect option! At a scheduled time, Monica will send you 15 minutes of continuous Reiki energy. Easy! Be in a comfortable, safe, uninterrupted space for the session for a few minutes before and after.
